Food was okay. Nothing special. But the staff seemed annoyed when I asked a simple question. Took a while to get any help too. Kind of frustrating. Service wasn’t great.

Food was actually good and my order came out fast, so that part was solid. But yeah, the portion was smaller than I expected for the price. Like, I ate it and it tasted fine, but I was still sitting there a little hungry after. Not a bad place or anything, I just wish they’d pack the bowl a bit more

I was really happy with my order. Everything tasted fresh, the flavor was solid, and you could tell they put some care into it. the sauces were my favorite part, they really brought everything together. I’d definitely feel good ordering from here again.

When the app is working, ordering is easy. The pickup times are usually clear, which I appreciate, but it does freeze on me sometimes. One time my whole cart disappeared, and that was really frustrating. It’s not a terrible app by any means, but it definitely needs some fixing so using it doesn’t feel like a gamble. I want to like it more, because when it works, it makes life easier.

I stopped in for lunch and the food was fine, nothing bad, nothing super memorable either. The place itself just felt a little cold and way louder than I expected, with the music turned up and the tables packed close together.

The staff was decent and nothing really went wrong, it just wasn’t very relaxing to sit there. I ended up eating faster than I planned and heading out, so it’s probably not somewhere I’d choose for a calm meal.

I stopped in for lunch and, i think it’s a solid choice if you’re trying to eat healthy. They have a bunch of fresh bowls and juices, so it wasn’t too hard to find something that felt good without being boring. I wasn’t totally sure if it would actually fill me up, but it did, which was a nice surprise.

I’ve ordered from Original ChopShop a handful of times now, it’s been worth it. I don’t usually buy into all the polished “fresh and wholesome” company talk because half the time it just means overpriced lettuce in a bowl, but the food here actually tastes fresh. Portions are solid, and I don’t leave feeling like I paid too much for something tiny. It’s not the cheapest spot out there, but compared to other quick healthy places, I feel like you get a fair amount for the price.

"Pretty good loyalty program, just needs a few tweaks"
I go to Original ChopShop often because the food is usually fresh and consistent, so I figured I’d just sign up for the loyalty program. It’s nice to get points when I remember to scan, and the app is easy to use most of the time.

The main thing that bugs me is that points don’t always show up right away. I had one order that was missing completely, so I had to email support. They did fix it, but it just took a few days.

The rewards are fine, just nothing super exciting. I’ll still keep using it since I like the place, but the whole program could definitely be a little smoother.

I looked over Original ChopShop’s allergen info before I ordered, and it was easy to follow. I was trying to avoid dairy, and it definitely helped me narrow things down without feeling totally lost. That said, I still kept second-guessing myself a little, so I asked the staff just to be sure, especially since cross contact can happen. Overall, it made the whole ordering process a lot less stressful. I’d give it 4 stars...

I’ve had lunch here a few times and it’s been a solid option for gluten-free food. I also have a dairy allergy, and they’ve been careful about it when I mention it, which I really appreciate. Nothing fancy, just a place I feel comfortable ordering from.

I really like how simple it is to switch things up when ordering here. I’m a little picky, so being able to swap ingredients, add extras, or leave stuff out without it feeling like a hassle is great. My bowl still came out exactly how I wanted and tasted fresh too. Definitely makes ordering way less stressful for me 🙂
